Oh I have STORIES Cass, STORIES GALORE!! I'm on the bus as I'm typing this, going home from Duke of Edinburgh.

We walked through so much - fields, a graveyard, even more long fields, towns, forests, countrysides, a sheep field, we found a sheep and named it Pedro, WE'VE SEEN SO MUCH!! I slept horribly honestly 😭 (we camped for one night) but I did wake up at 5AM in time to catch the sunrise!

We had to carry bags like half our weight, in the night we played Marco Polo as the sun set, I truly felt like I was alive, and on the next day, we walked through a really big field and I collapsed and put my bag down and was like I CANT DO THIS!! thankfully my friend was there to help, and shockingly took my bag along with his own till we got to the end of the field - determined to make it to the end.

It felt like heaven, cass, it really did

Not because it was easy or because it was peaceful, because at points it was, but for a lot it wasn't. It felt like heaven because of how it motivated me. how I learned things that I had never known about myself and my friends. how I struggled and fell, said I'd give up, yet made it to the end. I wanted it so bad, cass, I really really did. i wanted to call up our guides and say 'take me home!' but I didn't. because home is where my friends are, anyway. I got to the end and I've never been so proud. I've never felt so heavenly. And that's what made it feel like heaven - because to me, you have to feel the pain of hell before you can feel the freedom of heaven.

and boy, was it hell. this expedition truly took my life away and brought me back something new - something perhaps better.

but we did it, im getting takeaway tonight. for the first time ever I feel like I'm worth more than I've ever felt like I've been. I feel like I've been on an adventure, which I have. and my back pain is testimony to that. but right now I truly feel like I can do anything in life. i feel strong in my mind despite the weakness in my muscles.

this was very inspiring, eggs . i love the way you worded it, like it wasn't just an adventure, but a seeking of some sorts of your personality . in some way it has matured you, and it's maybe why you were fated to go on this expedition .

im truly happy for you, eggs . i really really am .

as for me, nothing's very new. every day feels somewhat monotone, if not for the occasional laugh at school or at home, and i haven't been anywhere recently . i know i sound very boring compared to your extravagant adventure, but it's what i can work with . a few family problems, here and there, the usual .

i struggle a bit with schedules and so if i put my mind or condition it to one type, i get restless when im behind .

i guess its just a fault in my personality, a blip in the smooth surface . but its okay, ill live.

you're the only person i talk to here so that must be the reason.

how have you been? your family? friends? your online ones, here? i must assume they mean a lot to you. you're very active here.

I've been pretty good, thanks for asking! Getting a lot of tests done, but good nevertheless. My family is alright, doing whatever... relatives do

My friends have been great! Recently they found out about my characters, and we were having a little chat about them yesterday - made me realise that I do have some people in my life that I really do love. Those people that pick up the small details that others won't.

As for my online friends, they too have been awesome! Making art, writing, crafting, or just existing. Whatever they're up to, I always love to see it :)

i used to get this chocolate cake usually on my way home, but it's a habit im starting to lose. maybe one day ill pick it back up. i have been meaning to cut down on my food nowadays... just drinking more water and liquids.

i had a shower yesterday. this new shower gel smells just like fruit, but unfortunately the smell fades on your skin. i guess it's a bit of a bummer. i really like the smell.
