oh, maybe you need to have a friend that can be peter pan. and you can be a proper lost boy. everyone would like it. oh god, don’t push it. before we know it, we don’t even know where we have you here in bayview because you’re off somewhere.

Hm true true. I have a tendency to just be at home if I don’t already have a commitment somewhere else. Traveling back and forth between America and Sweden was both hectic and nice all at the same time. But now I am only gonna stick around here. 

you don’t wanna be known in town as the lost boy gustaf. i think that would be a bad look on you. though i think it’s safe to say we managed to not get lost don’t you think? and also, even if we did, we could have just said it was our plans all along.

Now that would just be quite a title to have though, don’t you think? It’s one hell of a way to introduce yourself; hey I’m Gustaf the resident Lost Boy. Yeah thankfully we didn’t. But knowing myself I am going to go on yet another hike and just test my luck. 

oh god. well i mean, getting lost is an adventure in itself, isn’t it? though, now when you’re warning me, we might have to bring more snacks. in case we do get lost and have to stay away. we don’t want to starve, gustaf.

I have the worst luck in the world but I will try and not get us lost because twice? That would just make me look like ridiculous. Bring all the snacks and water just in case. I will keep faith though that I will pull this through. 

oh you know i want to do just about everything on this trip. what do you say to taking a hike? just you and me walking until we… hopefully doesn’t get lost. just enjoying some alone time. wouldn’t it be nice? we can bring snacks.

That actually sounds like a lot of fun. But gotta give you a heads up that the last time I tried to do such a thing, I did get lost. But this time around I will have a map with me to make sure that doesn’t happen again. 

Halo was groundbreaking for XBOX — I don’t think it would’ve done all that well, if Halo didn’t come along and change the game for gaming. I just remember thinking the graphics were awesome, and the storyline was there, and every element of it was ahead of its time. I know a lot of the younger crowd that play the newer games don’t get it, but it’s one of those ‘you had to be there’ things. I’ve pinched myself a few times, believe me. I’m surprised there isn’t a bruise on my arm yet, but then as soon as I think I’ve gotten used to it… there’s something new to amaze me. It’s fucking insane that places like this actually exist, and we get to live here. Got any other favorite places to share with me? Anything worth trying?

XBOX is nothing without Halo, that’s just the truth. No need denying that. Oh it really was. Master Chief is just such an interesting character. In the gaming world, we have seen so many gruff men but something about him was different. I don’t know how to explain it. Oh don’t pinch so much that you get a bruise. That would be a shame. Believe it or not but Tea You Again is one of those places I initially didn’t think I would like but is now obsessed over. 

right? i try and live life like that, get what i want and not just sneak around with it or try and pretend i don’t want it. over that. oh think so? well thank you sweetie, i do like to hear that. it’s mutual.

And that is what makes you one hell of a woman, Megan. Okay well due to us loving to hang out with one another, what should we do next? I am up for literally anything as long as it’s with you. 

i am, gotta like a man that’s a little bold. fun company for sure. hey, i mean i always gotta make sure i’m a snacc that brings good snacks, or what it is the kids says these days. i try my best gustaf, you know.

Being bold is a good thing. Why beat around the bush when you can just be honest not only to yourself but to everyone else around you? You do a pretty good job with that, Megan. Which is why it’s so fun hanging out with you. 

i knew you’d say that. good to know. shyness is pretty sexy to some people but you know me, gotta be a bit bold. i like that. i know my plans work gustaf, i wouldn’t do them if not. i am a very, very very smart girl.

I may be shy but boldness runs in the family. So you are clearly in luck. Smart indeed. One of the many things I like about you. That and the fact that you always bring the most delicious food whenever we hang out.
