I'm COVID NEGATIVE!

I should have my COVID results early this week. If positive, I'm completely asymptomatic at this point.

Yesterday, no symptoms, no fever. This morning was the same. Still, quarantine until the test comes back, but so far so good.

I woke up with body aches and a 99.6-degree mild fever. In order to be abundantly safe, I went and got tested for COVID.

So...That's one month of lockdown complete.

To my friends and family. This was where I served for 2.5 years between 1989 and 1992 both as a border guard and later in the Tactical Operation Command or TOC. With the discussions between North and South Korea, this village will no longer be manned by military personnel in guard posts. I’ve never been more pleased to hear that my former job is no longer necessary. I hope that this, along with the decision to remove land mines in the DMZ between the two countries is the beginning of a healing process for the two countries. I would love to visit a unified Korea some day.
