bad gal moments

I’m actually not trying to be sexy. It’s how people take them. Some are maybe but for me it’s more of like wow I look so beautiful in this or this photo makes me feel more insecure but I want to share it anyway because I need to accept myself in all ways that I come as. But even if I want to be sexy, it is NEVER an invitation for people to make comments at me. Since I want to promote body positivity and loving yourself, that goes along with shutting down hate and disrespectful people. There’s hopes of educating them but I know the majority won’t learn anything. I want to show that I can speak up for myself but I also don’t let them get to me. None of the hate I get truly bothers me. Maybe for one minute, but then I’m done thinking about it. I laugh about it. It adds years to my life. That’s why I block people. I don’t post the majority of the messages I get or comments because it’s not worth it. They aren’t worth the attention or time. Most people who send hate are jealous or live sad lives. They want attention so they feel better about themselves, but at the end of the day they’re still childish miserable people who will never be on my leave unless they learn to love themselves and focus on themselves only. And then with the sexual comments, we love in a patriarchal society and instead of staying silent to issues we need to be talking about them. Every time you tell someone what they’re doing is wrong, the less likely they’ll do it. The more we speak up about this, the less attack people face for doing what makes them happy. I want to spread happiness and self love but also stay true to myself. I’m a blunt person and I have times where I want to be petty and put people in their place. I know the more exposure I get the more hate/gross comments I face. I know what I can handle and if it gets too much, anon will disappear or ask box will be turned off completely. I am more important than those people and this blog is about me and it always will be whether I post pictures or not. So yes, it is worth it because I’m happy and I’ve learned how to tell people “no” and I love myself more and more everyday.
