Like as much as they probably should've left off at Final Shape, I'm glad that we have a direction (and an interesting one at that) for fanworks in the future. The fandom and Destiny itself doesn't have to die just because the game is no longer getting content updates.

Kinda felt it coming, but still sad nonetheless.

It's bittersweet, but I still love this game and will continue playing and posting no matter what whenever I can. Id like to think this is a well deserved (and desperately needed) break for the franchise, because I adore the story of destiny and truly think it's it's strength above all else.

We'll be back, I hope.

This doesn't mean you can stop me manifesting Sjur's return, she's stronger than any game content cycle. That shit goes to the grave with me ;)

As someone with 10,000 hours in the game and a Destiny blog and a Destiny community who goes out wearing a Destiny jacket and a Destiny bag and Destiny boots, I think some people in this community really need to chill out about Destiny and its updates. Do something else lol!
