BUT WHEN I COME HOME, immediately thereafter I have a baby in my arms that I need to soothe (I love being a mother, just hear me out) I don't have a lick of time to decompress from work. I must go straight back into childcare, cleaning bottles, bathing the child, feeding her, clothing her, playing, rocking, soothing, everything under the sun that my child needs PLUS laundry, dishes, trying to keep my fucking shit together even though I'm pissed the fuck off and feeling sick. My only day that I work I must come home and clean up after him and the baby, like every other day. I just wish the relationship duties were matched. Why do I do everything including being the primary source of spending cash when I make less money and work less? This motherfucker spent 220 dollars of my savings and claims he doesnt have to pay it back because "that's what it's for." Yes, no shit. BUT YOU PAY BACK THE MONEY YOU TAKE OUT OF SAVINGS. THAT'S THE WHOLE POINT. and it was MY money that ME, I , KAITLIN, fucking worked hard for on a shitty was minimum wage job while I was pregnant. Why is it that he was unemployed irresponsibly most of my pregnancy, and now we're living off of my savings? Because he is irresponsible with money and never saves anything, now he gets to spend mine! Why do guys talk a big game and never back that shit up? I wish I could even feel this way without feeling guilty because I do appreciate that he works hard every day but that doesn't make you exempt from other duties! I'm nervous about not making my own money and not being in charge of the bills. I want to go to college but I'm probably going to have to work instead. I just want to provide a decent life for my daughter. I know they say mothers do most of the work, but this just feels like bullshit to be honest.
