i’m upset about claire stepping down because it means the loss of the williams family from formula one and, as a female f1 fan, it meant the world to see a woman in charge of such an iconic team. claire truly showed so many girls that they could be a part of a male dominated sport and she was doing it at the very highest level so no matter what your opinion of the job she was doing, it’s a great loss for the sport and their aims of equality
