The office door closed softly. The sissy stood straight, hands clasped behind her back. Her heels were placed neatly, her gaze lowered, her breathing slightly unsteady. On the bench by the wall, the remnants of the past still lay. The Director did not rush. She scrolled through the file on the screen, made a brief note, and only then lifted her eyes.
