In my opinion, this is the ultimate form of diaper humiliation that can be performed in a private setting.

Imagine being put in some light bondage during timeout while your face is constantly pressed against the padding of your latest pee-soaked diaper. You can feel the warm wetness in your face, in your hair, everywhere. The overwhelming smell of urine, its taste in your mouth while it is smushed against the padding. The knowledge that you are helpless and at your partner´s mercy.

Combine this with an extended spanking session while being restrained in this manner and you will have a really intense experience. With your sight and sound impaired by the diaper around your head, you will be helpless and unable to anticipate when you will be hit. And, of course, the spanks will ensure that you take in even more of the particularly rich odor in your diaper when you whince in pain and inhale because of the stinging swats on your exposed bottom.

For an even more intense experience, the caretaker may administer an enema or a suppository and tell you that your next diaper hood will be made from the freshly soiled diaper that you are going to fill during your timeout.
