Andromeda rolled her eyes as she welcomed him into her abode. It was her own sacred sanctum, a reminder that she did have freedom away from the Blacks even if it was limited. Given how much she loved her family, she couldn't bring herself to shun Sirius like everyone else. They shared similar views; however, she had been more tactful and secretive in her opinions due to wanting to protect her sisters.
"Sirius! You know you shouldn't bother trying to make those. I made some and packed an extra box for you to take home. There are some things you should just leave to me," she teased him. "And yes you have but you know that it makes me float every time you remind me. Now come on in. I want to hear all about your hang out with Marlene."
"Listen, I had a late night craving that was destined to remain unsatisfied." An easy chuckle fell from Sirius's lips. "Just don't tell Rosemerta, I still have to get the singe marks off the ceiling." Sirius didn't mind renting a room in the three broomsticks, it meant tha among other things he was allowed free butterbeers and the company was always unmatched, but it really did not help his already appalling sleep schedule. At the mention of Marlene, Sirius gave Meda a sort of look as he fell into the sofa. "Why don't you tell me about Ted?" Sirius's smile fell from his face, and left his eyes. "Meda...." He sighed, for the moment ignoring the fact his stomach was rumbling at the smell of the cooking food. "I sort of ran into Reg.." He said quietly, his gaze falling to the floor.
