I was out with a close friend, God, she kept offering me food to eat with her, and I would have felt bad refusing. I hadn't expected to eat during the meetup, so I’d already had lunch before leaving just to not faint. I kept feeling faint, I don't know. I'm starting a f4st now, I don't even feel like counting how much I ate and I threw up afterwards too. But on the good side, I noticed that I no longer need normal portions to be full, and I weighed myself in the morning, -0.3kg. Wish me luck.

Yesterday I got drunk and hi9h. Ate around 800€ because of that I even thr0w up, but I woke up and my weight was 0.5 kg lower so I'm happy.
