Deactivated my twitter today. I’ve been thinking about it for awhile since the ARMY (if you can call them that) are solo stans or the toxic kind of shippers. The last straw was today when I saw that video of some stranger yanking Taehyung’s hair in Japan. Someone had the audacity to share it and say he deserved it because he is “dating” Jennie. Seriously!? No one and I mean NO ONE deserves to get their hair pulled, celebrity or otherwise. And don’t get me started on the dating rumors. There are people who will make you feel crazy for not thinking they are dating or gullible for believing they are (to make my stance clear I only believe in official statements from them or their companies. They don’t owe anyone that but is it bad to say I want them to confirm or deny?) Oh, or some of that anime fandoms. Yikes. Has anyone else had experiences like this? Anyway, if anyone actually made it through my post let me know your thoughts please.
