It is very important that you do not relax right now. It is very important that you maintain your full awareness.   It is so very important that you do not let yourself be hypnotised.

It is so very lucky that you know exactly where your mind should be right now. If you didn’t,  it would be so hard to avoid slipping deeper and deeper while listening to my voice. There is just something about it that makes it hard for people to focus on anything else. But you are the master of your own mind, aren’t you. You can stay sharp and focused on whatever you want to, at any time, no matter what I say.  You are so crystal clear that you would never just drift away while listening to me.

This one is a bit of a journey. It starts with a nice easy relaxation into a puddle of goo and then back again. But as your body starts to re-solidify, some places seem to be getting… firmer than others, but that’s alright… it feels so good, you just can’t stop touching…
