Everyday I have to keep reminding myself that people who gave me my trauma will never acknowledge that I'm suffering from it, so it's probably just best to keep my head up & moving forward.

Having family share personal information about you to your abuser is extremely traumatic and only furthers the hurt and pain that was initially inflected. Not to mention that it can halts all forms of healing by showing that no matter what you do, your abuser will always be there . . .

Every now and then I am reminded of the fact that outside of the four family members I have, I have absolutely no one to share things with. That fact hurts so much. . . I have so many different things I want to share and talk about with a friend and I just can't. . . FML.
