I've been tweaking this for a while, and I think I finally got the ratios right, so the lavender isn't too overpowering. It's caffeinated but also calming, and almost earthy. I love it hot or iced.

For about 16 oz tea:

2 teaspoons dried lavender

2 bags white tea

Honey to taste
