Old mans Party Palace

I found a floorplan on google of this house. And immediatly I thought of a scenario of an old man that feels young. He has a young girlfriend and a lot of money to throw the best party’s, in his ‘hidden’ party place.

When you enter the home it looks like a huge and very luxe house. On this floor you’ll find a livingroom, dining room, kitchen, butlers pantry, 3 bedrooms with personal bathroom, laundry room and 2 garages.

But down in the basement you’ll find a partyplace with DJ stand, dancefloors, bar and a cinnema. Also you can find here a public bathroom and 2 bedrooms with personal bathroom and 1 walk in closet.

I used a lot of CC maxis match on this build. Since a have a mods map with over 2000 items in it, I have no idea which item I used and who it made.

I’ve been building again. This time I build my own house. The house attached to it is the neighbours house but I didn’t feel like it to furnish that one too. But you are able to if you like. I posted it on the galery, username: Girlxk.

And if you did, let me know. I would love to see what you would do with it!

Building this house was a disaster and it took me 3 days. Somehow furniture kept dissapearing and the roof kept glitching... But I finally have fixed it (so I believe) and play tested it.

I put a lot of detail in it so it would look as my home as much as possible, but like... somehow rooms always end up bigger or smaller than in real life.
