so i've competely bulldozed those 3 farm lots and are turning this area into a little woodsy neighbourhood with 8 lots instead.

if anyone wants to try this - just download a mod that unlocks debug items, then use toggleedittown cheat and you will have access to a lot drawing tool. delete what you don't like and redraw, add trees, whatever.

Green suburban

aka the pinterest house is finally done. it took me longer than i wanted and i had to rework the whole side bit of the house cause the stairs stopped working for some reason...

it's 3 bed 2 baths. one of the berdooms is left as an unfinished room for a baby. hope you enjoy.

Tiny Colorful House

I promise I'm going to finish the pinterest house. But I reeeaaallllyyyy wanted to build something colorful. This interior was definitely outside of my comfort zone, but I think it came out really fun.

sooooo I have finished only two builds, but I'm working on two more. apparently I have a problem finishing what I'm starting. also i am playing a third save file since paralives came out. so yeah. but at least i've uploaded something hihi

The Fergusons & Co.

Para dump of some of my characters - Ferguson siblings Nick, Sarah and their friends. Each has a personality, gender and one casual outfit set up.

I have to finish some wips and then I'm gonna upload them all to the worshop. I want to do like a build dump and later on a para dump, just have to find some time after work 😖

If anybody is interested in semi-functional garage doors (they open up like regular doors) and custom/better shutters in Paralives - here are my hacks how to get them. No cc needed.

For shutters go to architectural details -> misc. and find the Chitadiki brick wall decal/detail, then you can scale it down and customize the texture with wooden horizontal panels.

Garage doors are just Bai doors found in the interior doors section with texture changed to wooden horizontal panels. Then I've scaled it with advanced transform tool (three doots in the bottom ui panel).
