I love small lots because I mostly play in small worlds and have been having loads of fun the last couple of days building these 15x10 European style lots. They are deceptively spacious so you can fit a small family in them or just use them as empty “filler” lots to fill a street.

These are for Sims 3, they are all unfurnished and are CC and store item free. Re-design and decorate however you want- I hope you like them :D

so I am having a lovely time over in Norn’s world of Northeney.  It’s wonderful for bleak ocean shores and foggy moors and all things lonely and lovely.  I added a lot down on the far shore from the main village, just past the cliffside theater, a little house half buried in a hill, and I knew I had to build one more witchy cottage for such a magic spot. (please ignore the smoking book, it works in game, I just have a couple of orphans living there and the first thing they did was break it)

Weaver’s End - a witch and her apprentice used to live here, on the edge of the ocean and nowhere.  But the witch was killed and the apprentice fled and the cottage was left to be forgotten.  They say you can still find it though, if you are lost enough and alone enough and desperate enough.  That the cottage will find you.  It’s become a place of refugee for all beings outcast and alone in the world.  Move in, make yourself at home.  Just remember - never lock the door against a stranger in need.  Or the cottage, and its long dead witch, may have a thing or two to say about it.
