At the end of Frozen 2 , where Elsa rides with the Nokk back to Arendelle, on the way she encounters Prince Hans.

Prince Hans had escape from the awful prison of The Southern Isles. He was badly hurt , weak and fainted as soon as he saw beautiful Queen Elsa.

Elsa, without hesitation attend to help him. She was still a little mad at him, but her sympathy towards others is greater. She was beside him always.

When Hans became conscious, he was surprised to see Queen Elsa sleeping beside him. He smiled and move himself closely to her.

So—pardon me—but just look at this beauty *v*.

Elsa is absolutely stunning. That’s one thing I really love about the Lorcana lineup: the designs. They’re magnificent. Well, for almost all the characters, anyway—some aren't magnificent at all, like Hans; he’s been totally sidelined, and the only existing images of him aren't great. Not exactly a surprise, right?

So, yes, the dress is similar to the Frozen II one, but not quite the same. And besides, Elsa is so beautiful (I think I’m in love XD).

Speaking of which, would anyone like to share their ideas for a Hans design that would match Elsa's?

It suddenly crossed my mind that the Arendelle area in France had finally opened. I haven't been able to visit it myself (who knows, maybe one day), but plenty of people have shared their visits—especially on YouTube. I took the opportunity to check it out, and…

I have mixed feelings. I’d even go so far as to say I find the ride itself empty and uninteresting. I know that’s going to shock quite a few people. People might say it’s precisely because I wasn't actually on the ride, but I’ve watched plenty of ride-through videos, and there are many I’ve loved, so that’s not it.

On the plus side, the exterior—I mean, the Arendelle area itself—is magnificent. It must be magical to walk through the streets of Arendelle. Especially in winter or autumn, or even at night. I can't wait to see how it evolves in the future. There are shows—some featuring other franchises, but mostly Frozen-related—and even character meet-and-greets for total immersion. And then there’s the lake! Simply magical. You really feel like you’re in Arendelle. And there are plans for even more spectacular shows in the future! I’m really looking forward to that.

But as for the ride itself: NO! Sure, it’s pretty. The effects and animatronics are great, too, but otherwise, it’s really uninteresting. There’s no real story and nothing particularly new or unique. And the little bit of storytelling there is doesn't really come across in an engaging way. Also, what is this habit of constantly switching between English and French? It’s annoying! It should be one or the other. I know French visitors get irritated by it; some want the whole thing in either English or French, but not a mix of both. Personally, I want to hear the language of the country I’m in—and since this is France, keep it in French, for crying out loud! Besides, it’s not as if no one knows the movie’s story…

Another thing that shocked me! They completely removed Hans!!! Not a single trace! The duet between Hans and Anna = Not existance O____o. I want Hans (even though I’m not a fan of the Hans and Anna pairing). There isn't a single scene with Hans. I was gutted.

Honestly, compared to the Japanese version—which isn't perfect but is still sublime—I’m shocked by how empty this version feels.

Especially since so many Frozen fans were looking forward to this version. I know that, generally, Europeans stick to the Paris version and the Japanese to the Tokyo one… but I find the difference in "quality" regarding immersion in the attraction truly shocking.

French and European audiences don't even get the "Helsa" moment—or the exclusive 10 seconds of new footage that the Japanese version has. I’m jealous of the Japanese version for those 10 seconds XD.

I don't know if any of you have experienced the different versions in person, but I’m curious to hear your impressions.

I also feel this doesn't bode well for how Hans will be treated in the future; if there were going to be subtle changes to the character's portrayal, the opening of the Arendelle area in France—being the most recent one—would have been the time to do it. Then again, maybe it doesn't mean anything, but seeing the character completely erased like that… it’s jarring and disastrous.

What’s your take on this version ?

I found these photos of a product from the era of the first movie. It’s a stool/storage box featuring Hans—you can still see him on it. It made me smile, as you can tell it’s a product from before the character "disappeared" from merchandise and the second movie came out.

Hans is positioned between Elsa and Anna. I have to admit, I would have preferred having Hans and Elsa on one side, and Anna and Kristoff on the other. That said, it is strange that Elsa and Anna aren't standing next to each other, the way they usually are. Personally, though, I don't mind; I’m not a huge fan of the sisters' dynamic, as I find Anna very stifling toward Elsa.
