I don’t want to over step any bounds. But I wanted you to know I went through massive depression before and I know how bad it gets. And sometimes I still have it. But I learned ways that have seemed to help me out. For one I will try to accomplish something small that probably shouldn’t mean anything, like making my bed. But then that turned into I got up and did something today which was more than I did the day before. And it really helped me. I also always try to think about things I’m grateful for in life, sorta like counting blessings but it would help put me into a positive mind set. Then anytime something negative happen, I would try to find a way to turn it into something positive. And after years of doing it, it really helped me out. I have bipolar and get manic and depressive swings but those methods have helped me out a lot. I hope they can help you or maybe help someone else. Also If you need someone to talk to you can message me. I’m almost always on tumblr and I don’t mind messages at weird times if it means it helps someone.
