thinking about ftm ghost who was never able to get the gender affirming care he wanted. never got bottom and/or top surgery (lack of time and financial issues), maybe managed to get on T at some point, but wasn't able to take it for as long as he wanted (abruptly stopped during mexico, obviously), and never really had the time to get on it again after that. even if he was never able to get the gender affirming care he wanted, he's rather comfortable in his own skin. he doesn't mind the fact that he looks feminine, he knows that doesn't make him any less of a man, and he couldn't care less about what other people think about him. he's fought so hard to feel comfortable with himself, and he won't let anyone take that away from him, all that matters to him is that he knows who he is. that's all he needs really
