Ugh, hangovers are the worst. But hey, that’s life, and everything comes with a consequence. That’s great, that you and your mom have a good relationship, though. I haven’t even got a text from mines, not that she cares.

’Tis true, unfortunately; I haven’t had one in a while, but you never really forget the feeling. It’s nothing to write home about, if I’m being real with you. We have our ups and downs like any two other people, but we manage. 

To be honest, I didn’t know what to say and it would have turned awkward if I just stayed quiet — even though this is also awkward. 

If I was as good a model as you are with your words, I’d be on the cover of Vogue by now.
