💗This mod makes it a requirement for sims to have a gym membership before working out on a community lot. The mod adds a "fitness app" to every phone where sims can sign up for a gym membership, hire a personal trainer, and get an Ozempic prescription.

💗Choose any plan you would like. The plan prices can be changed via tuning. I made them a little expensive because I like my sims to have to work harder for "nice" things like gym memberships!

💗Sims can also choose to schedule a personal training session. Your sim will route to the stadium for their session after scheduling the personal trainer. They will gain more athletic skills than if they worked out alone.

💗Sims can also sign up for an Ozempic prescription. They will get a notification letting them know that they have been approved for Ozempic by a medical professional. This will unlock the "Get Ozempic shot" option at the hospital. Sims only need one prescription to start receiving the shots. Sims have to pay for both the prescription and the shots separately, so this is a very expensive weight loss option!

'Elder Socials' Mod for TS3

Draft A Will, Pass Down Heirlooms, Give Grandkids Money + More!

Excited to release my Elder Socials interaction mod for early access on Monday 10/6!

Now your elder sims have 10 new interactions to use with loved ones. This mod also adds an inheritance system, the ability to choose any item to pass down as family heirlooms, and 10 new buffs.

Elder sims can "Slip Grandchild $20", instantly transferring 20 simoleons to the selected sim.

Elder sims can "Pass Down Family Recipe" , instantly teaching a new recipe to the target sim.

Elder sims who "Worry About Health" will automatically want to work out more, and may go look for workout equipment to use on the lot or go for a jog.

There is a new menu on the City Hall called "Family Papers" where Elder sims can go to Draft a will.

Elder Sims can choose any amount to leave a sim in their household after their death. They can leave an inheritance to multiple sims. Or they can choose to leave everything to one sim (oh the drama!).

The inheritor can then go to the courthouse and "Claim Inheritance" to receive their full inheritance.

'Baddie Socials' Mod for TS3

Excited to be releasing my first interaction mod on Monday 9/29!

I was inspired by several amazing TS4 mods that add custom social menus for realism and added drama, and decided to try to bring that to the Sims 3!

Your sims can quickly make new enemies (or besties) with the use of the new Baddie Socials Menu. The mod uses EA animations (for now) and also adds 12 new custom buffs that will be given to your sims when using any of the 10 new interactions! Each interaction will be fully tunable so that you can adjust the relationship gains, sim availability (age & species), buff behavior, etc.

I am finishing up this mod and will be wrapping up my new 'Elder Socials' mod soon after. I also have quite a few ts4 to ts3 recipe conversions complete that I will hopefully be releasing soon! Note: I'm very new to the modding community so not exactly sure of the protocols around releasing conversions. I'm still waiting on a response from the original creators regarding permission (they will all be released for free as they are not my original mesh).

• A new pie menu called Baddie Socials on any Sim • Ten custom socials that play EA animations and adjust relationships appropriately • Twenty-Seven new in-game pop-up notifications explaining how sims react to the new interactions

• Twelve new moodlets so that your sims can really feel the effects of the interactions.

Install

Install in your packages folder.

Click any Sim, open Baddie Socials, choose an interaction, and enjoy the show.

Performance and Compatibility

• Non-core script mod so it should not conflict with any other mods as it is custom code. • Designed to live alongside other social mods since these are new interactions under their own menu

Safe Uninstall

This mod adds new custom moodlets, so it is important to uninstall correctly to avoid game lag or crashes.

In game, let any Baddie Socials finish or cancel them, then run a global reset. Type resetsim * in the cheat console, or use NRaas MasterController: Town → Reset Everything. Optional: Turn on testingcheatsenabled true and Ctrl-click any lingering buffs to clear them.

Save as a new file so you have a rollback point, then fully exit the game.

Delete the mod files from Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3/Mods/Packages. Remove the Baddie Socials package. If you merged resources, open the merged package in S3PE and remove Baddie Socials package.

Delete caches in Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3: scriptCache.package compositorCache.package simCompositorCache.package CASPartCache.package socialCache.package Optional: clear the contents of the Thumbnails folder.

Relaunch and load your pre-uninstall save. The Baddie Socials menu should be gone.

The idea for this mod started with my want to convert TS2 Apartment Life closet. I could have used the Supernatural wardrobe as a base, but I wanted the doors to have proper animations and the ability to function like real closet doors against the wall, similar to how doors work in the game. So, this mod was created! 😊

What is this mod?

This mod functions as a dresser but includes a new animation that allows the doors to slide open like an actual closet. When the closet opens and closes, the Sim plays an idle animation, and when changing clothes, they use the spin animation.

The mod includes two different types, depending on the closet:

Dresser Type – Offers the same interactions as the base game dresser. This type is best for closets without mirrors.

Mirror Type – Includes interactions from the vanity table in Supernatural and Showtime (Don’t worry, the mod is 100% base game compatible!).

Important! This mod does not add a closet object to the game by itself. It only provides the necessary functionality for closet objects to work properly!

The Closet Object:

As mentioned earlier, this mod was created because I wanted to convert TS2 closet. The conversion is included with the mod, and you're welcome to use it as a base for creating your own closets! 😊

The closet comes in three different versions:

Opaque

Mirror – This version is split into two parts: the closet and a separate mirror for the animated door. To use it properly, simply place the mirror on the closet—it will slot into place and move with the door 😊

Glass

Both merged and unmerged versions are included—please install only one! (The merged file does not include the mod itself.)

How to Install?

Place the mod and the closet objects in your Mods/Packages folder.

The Sims 4: Adventure Awaits expansion pack introduced a new video game clip for children playing Voidcritters on the retro console, and I have updated the Voidcritters game clip with the new video (requires the Voidcritters (Afterschool Activities+) mod by @olomaya).

Professional Gamer Career

Professional Gamer is a new, 5 level self-employed career for the Video Game skill.

Sims must be at least Level 2 in the Video Game skill in order to register as a Professional Gamer at City Hall and will progress through the career by winning video game tournaments.

A little mod I made for a request.

Speed description: Plumbots can't tutor other sims in skills when they max logic like regular sims can. This fixes that by editing the social interaction action data via script rather than XML (so no conflicts!)

THE SIMS 3 STORE PRE-INSTALLED

Today marks 25 years of The Sims. Since EA forgot TS3 exists, I’m releasing the entire The Sims 3 Store as an Anniversary Gift. It's all pre-installed and works flawlessly!

It comes with all available fixes and collection folders I’ve personally created for every set. You'll get over 5000 new Buy/Build and CAS items, 11 new worlds, and tons of new gameplay!

INSTRUCTIONS

Go to "Documents/Electronic Arts" and rename the "The Sims 3" folder (or move it).

Create a new folder and name it "The Sims 3" (or whatever the name is in your language).

Extract the contents of the ZIP file in "The Sims 3." Now launch the game.

You'll have to adjust your setting again. Don't forget to disable the in-game Store so you don't get duplicates.

Quit the game. Copy the "Saves" folder from the folder you have previously renamed. You can also copy your Mods and CC in package format.

CAUTION

Never copy over or overwrite the DCCache folder.

If you have content installed through the Launcher (Sims3Pack), you'll have to reinstall it.

I strongly recommend you don't install things through the Launcher from now. It already has a lot of content and it is a known fact the Launcher becomes more and more unstable the more content it has to handle.

Since the entire Store has been decrapified, if you want to install lots or world that contain Store content, you'll have to decrapify those too using MATY's TS3 Recompressor.

I had a report that there was an invisible top in CAS. It doesn't seem to have a CASP resource so it shouldn't cause any issues (like being assigned to a random Sim). It's best to avoid it or hide it or blacklist it using NRaas mods. Do NOT try to save the game while your Sim is "wearing" this invisible top.

UPDATE #1: MARCH 2025

Added some missing content: the Mother Russia CAS Set and the Cool Chap Cap that was given as a secret bonus item in the "Make Me an Offer" page. If there's something else missing, please let me now.

Now NRaas MasterController and the Cheats and Integration modules are included in the pack. This version NRaas MC comes with CAS Compact Mode enabled by default. This should fix the issue of blank/invisible CAS items and also speed up the loading of CAS items. Keep in mind, these mods aren't compatible with Lazy Duchess' Smooth Path, but you can have both. Her mod will automatically disable the fast loading of CAS items.

If you're someone that's installed it already and claims that your game is fine, sorry to tell you but it won't be fine for long and it's really not fine. I normally let a lot of things slide that upset me but this I can't.

I can't believe how many people will do this without being educated on the proper way to convert Store Items or any Sims3packs for that matter.

Why decrapifying is a bad idea

Item corruption: Decrapifying renumbers internal IDs, which often corrupts the files and makes the items non-functional.

In-game bugs: Broken items can lead to a variety of issues, such as the items not showing up in the catalog, broken animations, or a display of duplicate items.

Save file problems: Decrapified store items can cause issues with saved games, where items disappear from lots and are replaced with a default object.

Game instability: Corrupted custom content can contribute to game crashes, especially during loading screens. 

There's the right way to convert store items that is safer as in the only way! Decraping is a thing of the past like many years ago.

Too many people get this wrong. Sims 3 files aren't something you can mess with lightly if you care about your game at all.
