So I built this house at the beginning of the month and forgot to share it! Oops…There’s 3 beds and 2 bathrooms, one is in the basement as well as a children’s room and “man cave”. I love the backyard on this one. And as per @jenba I made a walkway into the basement under the little overhang where the “driveway” is. As always, this lot is play-tested and CC-free!

UFO Crash Site Diner

This is a little NoCC diner build I created to fill that 20x15 lot in Oasis Springs. It also gave me an excuse to play with the terrain a little bit and use that cool new UFO decor. (click on pictures for hi res version)

You can find the UFO Crash Site Diner in my Simdoughnut gallery.  Just use the hastags #UFO #Alien or #Diner.  I recommend enabling the “move objects” cheat prior to loading this lot into your game.  I hope you have much fun with the build as I did creating it.

So you’ve just gotten back from a wonderful vacation in Selvadorada, all of your spider bites have healed, and that pesky poison has finally worn off, and now you’re hankering for some authentic Selvadoradan cuisine, but you don’t know where to go.  Well relax my friend, The Frisky Llama serves all of your favorite Selvadoradan meals, as well as a host of other Latin American favorites, and it’s just a Llama’s spit away in downtown Oasis Springs.  See you there!

I’ve been itching to do a Hacienda style build for a while now, but despite numerous attempts at making one as a home, or vacation retreat, I wasn’t happy with the results, so I decided to do it as a restaurant instead.  This was a fun little build, and I made sure to show off Selvadoradan culture whenever possible. (click on images for hi-res versions)

Open floor plan and window placement bring the bright, efficient light and nice air flow in the gym. There is a bar and snack machine to revive the energy after the workout. The owner also offer an option for visitors who only want to go to the pool and swim with the ticket machine.
