And here is the 2nd and last part of the 2K Patreon Members Gift - Bar Animated Deco Sims 🍻 I wanted the bar to be really crowded with the deco sims and when real sims come too, it will look like a very popular bar 😁. Some of the deco sims are made specifically for a bar (or a pub) but most will also fit great into a cafe or restaurant or wherever you want them to be ☺️

This is the build I used in the preview video and screens for my Town People Animated Deco Sims and thought I'll share it. I built this with the intention to be purely decorative as a background for screenshots or videos, but then I decided to furnish it more and make it somewhat functional for a gameplay. There are some shops, a cafe, bakery+cafe, a restaurant, art classes for adults and kids (which is my favourite part of this build by the way!) vet clinic, gym, yoga class and museum of history & art. They're not perfect but I had a ton of fun furnishing it all 😀 Some of the builds are fake or deco buildings, some spaces I left empty. There is space for apartments but I didn't furnish it so feel free to do that if you want to have apartments too. I made it a generic lot so you can switch to what is best for you ☺️ Hope you like it! 🙈

Hi! I am finally sharing my newest set of animated deco sims - Town People Animated Deco Sims 😊 I made sure they wear warious type of clothes so they're good for every season (just not winter haha)

PLEASE NOTE: 🐶 I resized the dog with TOOL mod to make it bigger for the previews because I didn't like how small it was for a Newfoundland 😅 The dog will have its original size when you download it and you can resize it with TOOL.

Also, the motorcycle and helmet are not included. You can download the motorcycle here and the helmet here.

And here is the second and last part of my Winter Cafe set! ☕❄️🎄 12 Winter Cafe Animated Deco Sims. You are also getting the Cozy Winter Cafe build with the deco sims placed (their stuff too). PLUS! I made some of the game's hot drinks and cakes buyable, so they won't go bad 😅 They're included in the cafe + deco download. You can choose if you want to download just the animated deco sims or the cafe with all the deco placed.
