Some of Solana’s favorite books are: The Martian by Andy Weir, The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams, Harry Potter by J.K. Rowling

Favorite dishes: Macaroni and cheese with bacon and jalapeños. She likes the combination of cheesy, salty, and spicy flavors. She also likes to add some ketchup and mustard for extra tanginess. She thinks it’s the best comfort food like evarrrrr.

Best Friend: Sarai Kang,  a 16-year-old girl who is also a nerd and a jokester. Sarai and Solana met in kindergarten and have been inseparable ever since. They have a lot in common and understand each other’s humor and quirks. They like to hang out, watch movies, play video games, and make jokes. They also support each other in their dreams and goals. Sarai wants to be a writer or a journalist someday.

Her Crush: Solana is not interested in any boy in high school. She finds most of them dull, childish, or rude. She has no time for dating or romance. She prefers to enjoy herself, learn new things, and make people smile. She believes she will meet her true love when she is older and smarter. But there is this boy named Marcel, who somehow makes her pause and look at him, for a little too long.
