In my last breath, I write this letter to you detailing the ownership of this home. I’m sorry that I wasn’t in your life much - for that I can never repay what time has been lost. However, what I can do is give you a good start in life. I always knew that one day you would be a scientist. I remember you fiddling as a kid in all those books and making your own experiments.

I have thought of no one better to leave ownership of this home to than you. Use the house to your liking, and may it help you in your future scientific endeavours.
