Listen To The Music I Recommend

I'm Milo (He/They), I'm twenty-three years old, and I really, really, really like talking about music.

I'll listen to anything, and I do mean anything. But I have a preference for things with a pop lean most consistently. I've been into music primarily from the 1950s, 1960s, 1980s, 2010s, and some more modern indie and alt stuff. I'm drawn towards unique sounding vocals, really good electronic / synth utilization, catchy melodies, and vocal distortion in songs. And I am always down for a music artist with a clear visual style or persona.

I'm trying to always expand my music taste, and truly will listen to anything at least once. I've been trying to get more into rap, jazz, folk, country, and modern alternative so if you have recommendations in any of those wheelhouses please talk to me!

I thought it was solid. I'd rate it a 7.5/10 in the sense it was enjoyable, and none of the songs were bad by any means- but I didn't find that many tracks really compelled me. Like, the entire album was a decent listen but only maybe three tracks stuck with me in any way after finishing the album.

Were my favourite tracks, with Ready, Steady, Go! being my favourite by a wide margin. Paint By Numbers, Pop, and Coming Up Roses were also pretty good all things considered but I felt like this album really did not make use of Harry's vocals much... his vocals felt like the least interesting part of every song which is odd for Harry in general but especially ya know, Harry as a pop star.
