#the barking artist is my catch-all tag, but I’m going to be trying to use it for art exclusively from here on out. You might find a few text posts scattered in there, whoops.

#spazzcat doodles is another art tag I use specifically for quick doodles, 

#the barking writer is my writing tag, and it’s where 99.9% of everything fic related goes. I also have individual tags for the multi-chapter fics I’ve posted to AO3. They are simply tagged with their name, or a name acronym. [ex. Casting Rain, Monsters Splitting Hairs].

#answering asks is my ask tag, and includes any doodle/writing responses I have to asks in my inbox. My inbox is always open, I really like talking to people! Feel free to send me things. :D

I also have some smaller tags, more for organizational purposes than anything else. spazzcat liveblogging for liveblogs, spazzcat wips for work in progress drawings, the dark is rising is for various creepy things I enjoy that you may want to blacklist if that isn’t your thing, and sometimes I use darkposting for vents. I also have a delete later tag, and regularly purge the account of everything in it.

General FAQ:

I use Photoshop 10, 2019 ed. to draw with. Regular brush tool and the pencil tool are staples, and most of my brush packs are 10+ years old from DeviantArt. I frequently use references when I draw. I’m also a regular user of Windsor Newton Watercolors and COPIC markers. My favorite paper is Arches Cold Press.

I run on EST, but I do try to compensate for different time zones by reblogging posts at specific times of day.
