An alternate universe with a twisted story—

In this world, monsters went through a brutal war against humans. When they were banished to the Underground, the monster population dropped drastically, due to disease, stress, and the constant fear of being attacked by humans.

In this AU, Sans takes on several roles because of the lack of monsters—he is both a scientist and a Royal Guard. He’s the only one who supports the ideas of King Asgore, a paranoid ruler who lost his sanity after many monsters died and his wife left him.

Here, "Gaster" doesn’t exist—he was erased from the code and completely discarded. Sans is the only important scientist left. The lab became his home, and he works endless hours, ruining his sleep schedule (which explains the dark circles under his eyes). On top of this, he handles guard duties and takes care of his little brother Papyrus, who is only five years old.

In this context, Asgore asks Sans to create a barrier that prevents humans from entering the Underground, and if possible, benefits the Underground as well.

Sans gets to work and builds a high-powered reactor (a collider) that would create an anti-human barrier over a wide radius.

But how did Sans become... “The Spot”?

When the project is nearly complete and he’s about to activate it, far beyond his timeline, King Multiverse!Sans takes control of Ink and sends him to retrieve code from Spot’s universe.

While searching for the codes, Ink encounters little Papyrus. Out of fear that Ink might hurt him, Sans tries to stop him—right as the collider is active. Ink destroys part of the lab to get Sans out of the way. He pierces Sans through the chest with two bones, lowering his HP. As Sans collapses, he falls into the collider.

The reactor explodes, and the timeline is erased after losing critical code.

Just before death, Sans’s soul merges with the collider. He becomes the only survivor.

Though he keeps his physical form, part of him is missing. That absence causes his “unleashed” state—a glitch, a complete failure, a living piece of the universe itself, powerful beyond belief.

He has no memory of his past life, just faint reflections. He ends up back in his AU, abandoned and drifting among black spots—basically as if he’s trapped inside himself.

Who knows how long he’s been there…

Eventually, Ink finds him again and brings him to the Omega Timeline, where he meets Dream and begins a slow rehabilitation process—learning how to live again among others.

This version of Sans is mentally unstable (though not like Dust!Sans or Killer!Sans). He’s anxious, emotionally distant, and if he has to do something wrong—he will.

When he’s near Dream, due to Dream’s positive aura, he can become more expressive and even friendly—but with anyone else? Nothing.

He has severe social anxiety, rooted in his past, especially from being locked away in a lab for so long. That’s why he keeps his distance, staring into nothingness.

He would’ve stayed like this…

If it weren’t for what happened during a fight alongside Dream against the Bad Guys.

In the battle, he gets struck on the head—and that blow unlocks the memories of his past. That’s when his true goal begins: make Ink pay.

Whether by altering timelines across other universes or directly hunting him down, he won’t stop.

From then on, Spot’s unleashed form—an inky black body like The Spot—becomes indestructible. A living portal.

Anyone who tries to hurt him or get in his way won’t succeed. His only true weakness… is his skeletal form.

Spot sans history

Un universo alternativo con una historia alterada , en este mundo los monstruos tuvieron una terrible guerra contra los humanos. cuando quedaron en el subsuelo, la población de monstruos quedó disminuida, tanto por enfermedades, estrés, y por el temor constante de ser atacados por humanos. En este universo sans cumple varios roles debido a la falta de monstruos (científico y guardia real) y es el único que apoya las ideas de Asgore, el rey paranoico que quedó fuera de si tras la pérdida de muchos monstruos y la separación de su esposa. En este mundo no existe un "gaster" , quedó borrado de los códigos y descartado, siendo sans el único científico de gran importancia, el laboratorio lo volvió su casa y trabaja muchas horas dedicadas al punto que sus horarios de sueño quedaron dañados (por lo tanto se lo puede ver con ojeras) más la carga de los turnos de guardia, y el tener que cuidar a su hermano menor papyrus, que tiene apenas 5 años.

En este contexto, Asgore le pide a sans que cree una barrera para evitar que entren humanos al subsuelo, y que de paso sea benéfica al subsuelo, sans se pone manos a la obra y forma un reactor de alto poder (colicionador) que formaría en un radio de varios kilómetros la barrera anti humanos .

Porque sans se volvió..."the spot"?

Cuando el proyecto está casi en su faceta final y está poniéndolo en marcha, lejos de su línea temporal, king multiverse sans, toma control sobre ink y lo ir a buscar los códigos en el universo de spot. Cuando ink busca los códigos, se encuentra con papyrus, y sans por temor que lo lastime intenta enfrentarlo (todo mientras el colicionador está funcionando), ink destroza parte del laboratorio para parar a sans y tras atravesarlo con dos huesos al pecho y bajar su nivel de vida, este cae al colicionador, explota, y la línea temporal tras la pérdida de códigos importantes se elimina.

El alma de sans antes de morir se fuciona con el colisionador y es el único en sobrevivir.

Ahora a pesar de conservar su forma física, una parte del está ausente, por lo tanto es lo que lo lleva a su forma desatada, como un glich o una falla total, una pequeña parte del universo, viva, y poderosísima.

No tiene recuerdos de su vida, excepto varios reflejos, y termino en su Au, abandonado, flotando entre manchas negras (básicamente como si estuviera dentro de sí mismo) , y valla a saber cuánto tiempo abra pasado, ink lo vuelve a encontrar y lo lleva a la línea Omega, donde conoce a dream y comienza un proceso de rehabilitación para adaptarse a vivir con otros personajes.

Este sans es mentalmente inestable (no como dust sans o killer sans) es ansioso, poco expresivo, y si tiene que hacer mal lo hará. Cuando está cerca de dream por su aura positiva puede quedar más expresivo y amigable, el resto, nada. Le tiene una fobia social terrible a la gente (parte de su pasado por estar encerrado en laboratorio) y por eso se mantiene alejado, mirando a la nada.
