What do I call you?
mind your business withers
i hate how much people care about their ships being "canon" now. spirk fans didn't publish zines full of fanfics in the 70s only for modern fandom to grovel at the knees of corporations and beg for things to be canon. use your imaginations, don't allow billionaires to think for you.
Kirk/Spock fans were publishing homosexual fanfiction when homosexuality was still considered a mental disorder and sending porn through mail was illegal.
Don't dishonor our fandom ancestors by sucking cooperate cock.

The problem with being low support needs is that people mentally autocorrect that to “no support needs” and then proceed to give you absolutely nothing and then get surprised when you implode after six months.
Im going to assume OP is talking about autism but i wanna build off this from a chronic pain perspective
My credentials are that i have scoliosis thats like 1 or 2 degrees away from needing medical care. And I’ve had it all my life and only last year got “diagnosed” with chronic pain because of the problems it was causing for my body. And was only diagnosed and seeing a PT after i had a meltdown about my pain.
(I say “diagnosed” because while it was never stater to me “you have chronic pain” it was inadvertently stated and ofc my pediatrician sent me to physical therapy for my persistent pain)
When you struggle with something on the low end of the overall problem, people ignore you. They ignore you until you are screaming and crying about how persistent the problem is for you.
There are days when ive been in so much pain walking is almost physically impossible. There are times when my pain is a 3 and times when it is a 7. As I’m writing this my neck has a tight muscle that kinda throbs and my back aches.
If you have chronic pain, if you have low support needs, if you need help. You need to be loud. People do not listen when you quietly struggle.
I have this on both sides. Low support autism and chronic invisible pain. Interstitial cystitis and TMJ both leave me in constant varying degrees of pain and autism makes processing that and explaining my needs all the harder. Which is likely why I didn't get diagnosed until 30+ despite the fact I'm sure I had both since middle school or earlier. And god does it suck to be invisible. I so often just wanted to scream. And if I did I could get help for a little while, but then I was supposed to get better. Or I would, because I'd have some good pain days in a row. But of course. Of course, the bad days come back. Again and again.
Lately I've taken to just lying at work. I'm not capped out at 25hrs a week and needing 3 days off because of chronic pain and poor stress management, noooooo its definitely because I have another job. Said other "job" is actually being a DM and playing DnD. But they don't need to know that. It will never change the fact that I can be their *best* part-time employee but I would be their *worst* full-time employee. I don't scale. I have support needs. Some of those needs is the inability to work for 8hrs. Needing frequent bathroom breaks. Needing to not be in loud noise for extended periods. Having decompression days away from people.
Now if only it wasn't so excessively cruel in the country to support myself with these limitations. I can't hustle grind set. I can't full-time, much less multiple part-time. I would die. I nearly did last time I tried. But as of yet, I'm too able to even be considered for any sort of aid.
Fucking sucks man.
"But AI can't do your job. It can help you do your job, but that doesn't mean it's going to save anyone money. Take radiology: there's some evidence that AIs can sometimes identify solid-mass tumors that some radiologists miss, and look, I've got cancer. Thankfully, it's very treatable, but I've got an interest in radiology being as reliable and accurate as possible. If my Kaiser hospital bought some AI radiology tools and told its radiologists: "Hey folks, here's the deal. Today, you're processing about 100 x-rays per day. From now on, we're going to get an instantaneous second opinion from the AI, and if the AI thinks you've missed a tumor, we want you to go back and have another look, even if that means you're only processing 98 x-rays per day. That's fine, we just care about finding all those tumors." If that's what they said, I'd be delighted. But no one is investing hundreds of billions in AI companies because they think AI will make radiology more expensive, not even if that also makes radiology more accurate. The market's bet on AI is that an AI salesman will visit the CEO of Kaiser and make this pitch: "Look, you fire 9/10s of your radiologists, saving $20m/year, you give us $10m/year, and you net $10m/year, and the remaining radiologists' job will be to oversee the diagnoses the AI makes at superhuman speed, and somehow remain vigilant as they do so, despite the fact that the AI is usually right, except when it's catastrophically wrong. "And if the AI misses a tumor, this will be the human radiologist's fault, because they are the 'human in the loop.' It's their signature on the diagnosis." This is a reverse centaur, and it's a specific kind of reverse-centaur: it's what Dan Davies calls an "accountability sink." The radiologist's job isn't really to oversee the AI's work, it's to take the blame for the AI's mistakes. This is another key to understanding – and thus deflating – the AI bubble. The AI can't do your job, but an AI salesman can convince your boss to fire you and replace you with an AI that can't do your job. This is key because it helps us build the kinds of coalitions that will be successful in the fight against the AI bubble." - Cory Doctorow, The Reverse Centaur’s Guide to Criticizing AI

You're right and you should say it.
We need more scary infinite variants of manmade environments like the Infinite IKEA or the Backrooms.
May I suggest, The Lot:
I'm sorry to disappoint you but this is a real parking lot. I didn't edit it.
Check out the lot-to-building ratio in any large American sports stadium
Some lots are so big they have bus services specifially inside it. The lots are broken into sections and buses go around to their sections at a set amount of times before the start of something and drive people to the main building.
The societies of lost people inside The Lot would probably operate something like that to locate and pick up new arrivals and bring them over to one of the major settlements.
In the Infinite Ikea or Backrooms you can convince yourself there's gonna be a door round the next corner or behind that wall.
But despite it being completely open, there is no hope of escape from The Lot. Whereever you look it's just more cars from horizon to horizon.
Sheesh, man, that's
a lot

William Etty's Male Nude, with Arms Up-Stretched (1828) revamped by Astra Zero
I didn't notice that note 'revamped by astra zero' until a friend pointed it out. so, here's the original painting by william etty:

some misc art/sketches of my elder scrolls ocs, an argonian (Whispers-to-Worms) and a dark elf (Olyn)
they live in deep Black Marsh, with Worm’s tribe, where its very hot so they dont wear shirts. Olyn doesnt understand a single word of Jel (lizardspeak) so he just pretends to go along with whatever the lizard people tell him to do. He would like to go back to Morrowind, honestly
