While I can not testify to the actual corruptness of Mr. Stephen Miller, I can say that he is the rot in the wood of Mr. Trump’s Administration when it comes to Greenland. Greenland is a semi autonomous part of the sovereign Kingdom of Denmark (as in NATO ally).
Invading that island would be like invading Canada to gain British Columbia, or trying to take over Scotland from The United Kingdom. Yes, Greenland is strategic in nature, but it always has been. That fact is nothing new. The US Military has been a welcomed guest of the Danish and Greenland peoples and government. The United States has a long history of working within the NATO framework to defend and protect the other members of NATO, including Denmark and by default, Greenland itself.
If Mr. Trump attempts to take over Greenland using the United States Military, he will be guilty of starting a war of aggression for territorial gain, which is a recognized War Crime ever since the Tokyo and Nuremberg War Trials of WWII. Think Nazi Germany and Imperial Japan!
And, if you need a current example, think Russia invading Ukraine, and potentially the People’s Republic of China invading Taiwan, The Republic of China. None of these agresor countries had/have any moral or legal right to attack other sovereign nation state.
We are The United States of America for God’s sake! We are not supposed to do things like this to a longstanding friend and ally, not to mention looking like a fucking hypocrite. This unwise, illegal and dangerous idea must be stoped! Removing Mr. Miller from his position would be a good start in maintaining good relationships with our allies.
