(Seal fact: it is in fact true that seals can sleep with only half their brain at a time(unihemispheric slow-wave sleep)! They alternate which half gets rest and this is done for danger but also if they’re sleeping in a waterbed(comfy spot underwater), their awake half can run on autopilot and cause them to bob up for air! On land seals will sleep with both sides of their brain however!)
