Something Next to Normal

Just checking in. Hope everything is well. Doing my annual looking back and cringing at this page, but its important, and all part of growing. I miss it here sometimes, but then again I’m good without it. 

I still live in NYC! Same job as before, still cool. 

I live next door to Central Park, still really cool.

Its about to be fall, and fall here in the city is unreal. It makes the dreaded heat and the unbearable cold completely worth it. 

Things are great. I’ve grown up. I am a grown up... 

I come here sometimes to look at my past. Its weird. I was weird. 

BUT HEY. I moved to NYC. I no longer work at Disney. I have a pretty cool job. Life is swell

Life changes so much. We grow up, we learn, we love, we lose love, and we move on. Its an amazing thing, life. 

I hope each and every one of you finds happiness. 

No scratch that, I hope each and every one of you finds your currency. Whether that is happiness, or love, or money, or fame. I hope you find it, and I hope it fulfills you in every way. 

If there is one thing I've learned by literally living in the Frozen world it’s… The past is in the past, let it go.

Happiness, in the end, is what truly matters. And I can tell you right now that I am the happiest I have ever been. I have amazing friends, my dream job, and the best counterpart and companion I could ever ask for.

Everything happens for a reason. We live, we love, we move on and we repeat. Life is one big beautiful mistake after another leading us to the path we were meant to take. Being happy shouldn’t involve the opinions of others. Which is why I have decided to leave my tumblr to gather dust. I will post every so often, but to be honest all it every caused me was drama. I made some amazing friends from it and I can tell you they will be my friends for life.
