33-2 there is indeed enough time for just about everything. just get off your phone lol. i work 50+ hours a week between two jobs (no days off). train 5 of those days. eat 3 square meals, and two snacks. i get 7+ hours of sleep every night. have time for all my chores. i commit to learning 2 languages every morning. i read 10-15 mins a day. i take two to three daily walks. i meditate in the morning and watch at least one educational video every day. i haven't missed a supplement for four years now. i even have a fucking skincare routine which i have not missed. i keep in touch with all my friends regularly. and i still have time to enjoy binging shows and doing whatever the fuck i want. you'd be surprised at what you could accomplish in 24 hours with sharpened intentionality. life is a blessing. stop wasting time and live each breath as fully as you possibly can. amor fati. 2026_0528 9:08pm thu
