I don’t know why but my first instinct is to say Silverwing. However, I think the real answer is Syrax. Syrax would match Mandisma’s diva vibes well, and Mandisma absolutely would put a heart collar on her dragon too.

Victyr would be a very effective king, his reign probably likened to those of figures like Jaehaerys and Viserys. He’d be known for his wisdom and fairness and most importantly, his ability to get things done.

As for his Small Council, I think these would be his choices:

Grand Maester - Maester Medrick (Maester of House Dormaire)

Victyr is a big history buff, so he’d probably have several to be honest. I think it’s between the reign/ of Jaehaerys and Viserys, the Dance of Dragons, the Blackfyre Rebellions, and Robert’s Rebellion. He’s very interested in what made Jaehaerys and Viserys so successful, as well as the internal conflicts within House Targaryen, and Robert’s Rebellion is of course very recent history that his own father participated in.

2026 ASOIAF OC WEEK: DAY 1 - GREETINGS

The eldest daughter of Lord Eddard Stark and his wife, Lady Catelyn Tully. Emira Stark was born a few minutes before her twin brother, Robb Stark. The two of them being born on the 2nd day of the six moon in the year 281 A.C. No longer after the end of the Rebellion, the two newborn and their mother were translated to their ancestral home in the North, Winterfell.

As Lady Emira was growing up it became obvious how beautiful the young girl would become as the years passed, with her fair complexion, long red curls and grey-blue eyes, she was deemed by many as "The Winter Rose". Many lords asked Lord Stark for the hand of his daughter for their sons -or for themselves-.

Lady Emira was as clever as she was beautiful, loving to study history and old books, she was often found in Maester Luwin's assisting him with questions and more books. -It was noticeable that during those years, Maester Luwin often asked for more books to be sent from The Citadel, but is unknown if this is related to the young lady or was just a coincidence-

In the year 298 A.C, during a royal visit to Winterfell. King Robert Baratheon and Lord Eddard Stark promised the hand of their elder children in marriage, Prince Joffrey Baratheon and Lady Emira Stark to one day unite their houses and rule together as king and queen of the Seven Kingdoms. Both of them and their families seemingly happy of the union...

THE LADY CROW'S EYE / ARYN GREYJOY NEÉ STARK

🌙 BACKGROUND | HISTORY 🌙

Lady Aryn Stark was the eldest daughter of Rickard Stark, Lord of Winterfell and his wife Lady Lyarra Flint. Their second child, she was raised in Winterfell, educated well and was understood to be witty, quick and intelligent to those that knew her. Some say the green in her eyes that suggested she had the ancient, mythological power of greensight. Versed in matters of running a keep and with knowledge of languages, finance and war; she was the perfect Westerosi bride. Suitors ranging from Lord Roose Bolton to Jaime Lannister were considered.

However, after the fated Tourney of Harrenhall and the deaths of her brother and father, her hand would instead be given to allies of the Stark-Baratheon cause. There was cries that she should be wed to the child-imp of House Lannister to swing the unmoved Tywin, that she should offer herself to the Reach in hope of ceasing the siege of Storm’s End, one fool even suggested Dorne which was laughed from the room. 

There was one other option. Quellon Greyjoy and his Ironmen had remained on Pyke and not pledged for either side. The largest fleet in Westeros could easily raid the coast of the Reach and Dorne, and be the breakthrough the Baratheon alliance needed.

Delylah Tully from Blood In The Water

As the daughter of Edmure Tully and the heir of Riverrun when the story begins, Delylah's dresses often reflect her state of mind. She dresses more extravagantly when stressed or anxious to hide her state of mind, and typically favours her house colours of red and blue, as well as having fish/river symbols across her clothing. Her style of dress changes and evolves throughout, reflecting her shift from a Tully daughter to Lady Bolton and finally, the Siren Queen.
