"You are really here, right? Like…” A single tear fell and she shivered; darting her eyes in each direction and developing tremors in both hands. “Like I’m not gonna turn around and you’ll be gone, right? You’re here, here…you’re not going…?”

Sif paused, and she tilted her head slightly, "Jane, what do you mean? What has been afflicting you?" Wide eyes darted to the hand in her hand and she hesitantly raised her own to give Jane a soft touch on the wrist. "Of course I'm really here, I always will be, I am...I'm sorry I left," Gently she wiped the tear from Jane's face and put a hand on her shoulder, "What happened to you in my time away?"

"Well, true, but it kinda rides up after a while. Uncomfortable."

"Find a uniform that fits, then?"

"Yeah, schmuckie. Santa makes a list and checks it twice. Looks like you two birds slipped up.”

"Oh, and you haven't slipped up? Is that what you're insinuating?"

"Oh man, I don’t think your old Gatekeeper would like me very much all things considered…and O-dog is kind of justified, wouldn’t you agree? I kind of, you know: killed his wife and adopted son, trashed his realm…I also indirectly caused four of his most trusted Warriors and the Watcher of the Worlds to commit treason of the highest order. No big deal." 

Her dark brows knitted together, and she gave a slight shake of the head. "Odin has a very...unique view of the realms and its inhabitants. When he looks at you, he sees just another troublesome mortal. But it wasn't you, it was the aether inside you that caused those things. And treason...our duty is to Asgard. I am to loyal to my realm first and foremost, before it's ruler. You are guilty of nothing, save having a dangerous curiosity."

"Oooooh we’re having salves in the bath now…! This just keeps getting better! I don’t know which list you guys belong on anymore.”

"List? We're on a list?"

                       ” If you insist. I only have one question:                          just what are you looking for within the                          Collector’s possessions? “ 

"I am looking to retrieve the infinity stone that was deposited there some months ago. The Allfather has had a change of heart, and wishes to guard it himself."

"We Amazons do not shy away from a challenge."

"Amazon? Are you not of Midgard?"

"Such as?"

"You would always be prepared."
