So, since my life is apparently a fic right now I figured I would make a prompt list because I’ve been meaning to for a while and I’m in the car for another few hours and low key crave death lmao. Feel free to add onto these!

- A has been feeling kind of run down all week but it hasn’t turned into anything, so they assume they’ll be fine for the road trip they’ve been planning for months with B, but the day they’re supposed to leave, it finally hits

- A and B are on a road trip with their friends. A is in the back because even though they’re tall, they’re not as tall as one of the other characters so they’re just suffering through it, except they feel low key miserable and they’re trying to sleep but they’re too tall to be able to find a comfortable position

- A spikes a fever halfway through and they have to stop at a store for supplies because they didn’t pack anything

- The air is on because it’s boiling out, but A is shivering in their seat, prompting B to ask what the hell is wrong with them

1.) Handing out Halloween candy, Character B has a fever and is miserable, but stuck outside handing out candy. Their partner, Character A, insists they go inside, and say that they’ll do it, that they don’t want B getting any worse. B, who stubbornly swears they’re fine even though they are shaking like a leaf and their nose is running, insists on doing it. Character A just shakes their head and walks back inside, seemingly leaving B to do it on their own. After a few minutes, A comes back with a thick fleece blanket, two mugs of hot chocolate, and a warm hat for B. Character A places both the mugs on the ground, lays the blanket over both of their shoulders, snuggles up against B, and says that if they won’t go inside, then they’re going to have to take care of them out here.

2.) Character B is a photographer and goes out to take photos of the fall leaves with Character A, who isn’t a photographer but is there to spend time with B. B is either starting to get sick or is in the throws of a really bad cold, but is convinced that if they wait until they’re better to take pictures, all the leaves will already be dead and on the ground. Bonus points if they can’t get a good shot because they start coughing whenever they try to focus.

3.) Character B doesn’t want Character A to figure out they have a cold because they’re worried they’ll insist they stay home from the fall festival they’ve been planning on going to for months. In an effort to hide their illness and prevent spreading their germs to Character A and everyone else at the festival, they spend most of the festival buried under the hood of their sweater with their scarf wrapped snuggly around their face. At least until Character A figures out what’s really going on. How do they finally figure it out?

Person A rushes to a pharmacy in the middle of the night to get medicine for Person B

Person A is sick while Person B is away from them, so Person A constantly has to send B updates to convince them they're going to be okay

Person A readjusts their whole schedule so they can take care of Person B. Person B tries to convince them the gesture is too much, but they are unsuccessful

Person A begs Person B for rubs to ease their body ache(s)

Person A feels guilty about taking Person B out in public, because B is now sick

Person A basically has to drag Person B to the hospital because they're stubborn

It’s not until A vomits all over the bed and is practically screaming in pain that B realises that A really wasn’t being dramatic and that A is really in serious pain.
