Like I guess from her name and this scene, the idea with her is that she's supposed to be like an in-game tutorial to play off of Fold, who's like a game's instruction booklet, which means Fold is a piece of paper who can squash and stretch and fold into all sorts of fun origami shapes, and Miss Info is...a blonde lady?
