too many women, (including myself while in Vancouver and was assaulted on the job, and I am done being ashamed of it) have fallen victim to the trap of the sex trade. we are not objects. and the commodification of females (with the use of porn, etc) has warped the minds of males and youth to think that we are nothing more than human masturbation devices. never again. memories haunt me but they will never define me. #WANTED #WEAREONE I have been terrified to even see these words typed on a screen, but strength comes from within, and what I went through sure as fuck doesn’t label me as anything but a human who is stronger than most. I will no longer be commodified, and I will no longer be your exotic charm. This experience changed my life, and I am still dealing with its effects.
