a little bit of everything

When it comes to these description bars I never really know what to say. Hi, my name is Ada and I started this blog to motivate me to be a happier and healthier person. I've been to rock bottom and back several times over the course of ten years with depression and self-harm. I am still working on recovery and I do slip up a little. I know what it's like not to have something/someone there for you when you need it. So for me (and yes for you too!), you'll find motivational/healthy/funny/honestly random posts to get you through at least 10 seconds of your day. Two quotes I live by: 1.
