*About Incredible Malkhambh* Malkhambh is one of the most ancient sports of India. It is the traditional Indian sport in which a gymnastperforms aerial yoga postures and wrestlinggrips in concert with a vertical stationary or hanging wooden pole, cane or hanging rope. The word mallakhamba also refers to the pole used in the sport.It ensures exercise of every part of body in minimum time.
