Hello! I discovered the studyblr community a while ago, and I’ve finally decided to make my own. It seems to be filled with so many wonderful people, so I’m very excited to start, especially with my school year starting as well. My name is Cass, or Cassandra, or Sandra. Any of them work!
- I’m a high school sophomore living in America (class of 2020).
- I speak English and Korean. I’m working up to conversational in Japanese and studying Russian.
- I’m interested in literature and astrophysics. I want to attend college overseas, where hopefully I’ll be able to pursue both.
- I write sometimes, I guess.
- I play the flute and piano. I’m in my high school band!
- I like to read! Some of my favourite authors are: Oscar Wilde, Haruki Murakami, George Orwell, Sylvia Plath.
- Figure skating! I loved Mao Asada when she was competing and Yuzuru Hanyu is my current favorite skater!
- I’ve always had a terrible work ethic and struggled with procrastination, but hopefully, this will keep me motivated! I want to connect my love of learning to a love of school. Like I said, I’ve struggled before with being motivated to do my best, and often, I’ve only given the least I could. I want to change that!
