Or, Mikleo’s Aborted Declaration of Love Cut Scene.  Also one of my favorite cut scenes in the game (right after the make-up cut scene in Galahad Ruins).  Don’t believe me?  See for yourself:

To get this event, finish the game, and load up your Clear Save (it’ll have a star next to it).  Go to Shaorune Inn in Ladylake and stay until you get a skit where Sorey gets worried because Lailah’s wandered off on her own.  Go to Ladylake Sanctuary, and watch the cut scene for some background on Lailah’s regrets on Michael, and she’ll get her second mystic.  Head to the save point, warp to Elysia, and you should see a sub event icon at the village gate.  Go there, and this cut scene will trigger, and Mikleo will learn his second mystic afterward.  (You don’t see the notification here because I’m recording this on my NG+ save and I’d carried over my mystics from my previous run.)
