So back on the diet after a pretty terrible food weekend but after running/walking 7kms in 35 degree heat for the mud run on Saturday I thought a treat was deserved!!! But should have stopped at one!! Tonight's dish is pesto spaghetti home made pesto...it looks err uh like green baby poo yep this could be interesting! Mish wouldn't let us down surely? Well actually there was that Vietnamese soup incident l..fingers crossed this isn't as terrible!!!

Race Day

It has finally arrived...Mudrun race day. Time to run, walk, crawl, slip and trudge through the mud to cross the finishing line all in the name of charity :)

Im pretty sure I will break or at least hurt myself in some way or another.

Pictures to follow if i survive the proposed 41 degree heat...So far its only 25 so I have everything crossed that it stays that way for the next few hours!!

Well sadly I've done zero exercise this week..been sooo hot and busy! I also managed to consume a good handful of freckles..not sure making gingerbread houses tomorrow night is such a great idea!!! Oh well need to get in the spirit of Xmas :) Weigh in tomorrow lets see what surprises it brings this week X

Who would have thought?

Went shopping bought size 14 denim shorts...realized I can actually fit into and do up the 12's after Jess bought some. Freaking amazing! Size 12 pump-diddly-umped :) happy dance continues! Twightlight with my girls tomorrow...fingers crossed I avoid the dreaded candy bar and its popcorning goodness! <3

Its weigh in day!!

So after a crazy bad weekend i started fresh monday morning. 2 days of clean healthy eating, lots of water (and equal amounts of peeing!) and exercise that near killed me I stepped on the scales this morning thinking I may only see a slight loss..Well was I in for a surprise.. 1.4kgs gone! Hells Yea!! I was so happy. Now to just keep it all up and not fall off the wagon and down the mountain again like last session!!

Happy dancing all day today well until one of the girls at work felt the need to point out that my boobs are much smaller than they once were..way to kill the happy mood!! I miss my boobs but not so much the belly and butt that went with it! I guess if loosing the rest of the belly and butt means a little less boob ill just have to accept it and well buy some padded bras :D

Time for another walk, still another 12kgs to loose forever!!

Think i might happy dance part of the way too :)

No sugar makes Megan something something

Well day 1 ended well...no crazy eating and sadly no sugar in my tea (ugh!) but I survived and I got up at the butt crack if dawn to exercise! Go me :) So it's official I do have abs...I can feel those pesky bastards every time I try and get up out of bed (day off yay!!) they are some where under this belly..bitches better be ready to come out for summer :) Today's exercise plan has me in fear that tomorrow walking just isn't going to be an option..honestly Michelle Bridges is your aim to kill me?? Guess I best quit my bitching and get up, make my sugarless cup of tea (again ugh!!) have breakfast and start the day!

The beginning is near...

Round 4 2012 of 12wbt starts tomorrow...alarm set for 5:25am...somebody kill me now!!! Those who say its best to get up early and exercise in my opinion have a few screws loose! At this point in time I feel exercise sucks balls!!!! $100 bucks says I'm in a foul mood tomorrow, chocolate would usually fix this but I guess that's out of the question... Honestly why is it that everything I love (chocolate, ice cream and chips mostly) are so dang bad for you! Willpower if your reading this please please please help me out there is only so many times I say no to the chocolate biscuit before it ends up in my mouth!! I've set a fairly painful goal which I guess isn't the best decision but I decided no chocolate for 3mths...considering PMT smacked me square in the face this past week and I consumed more chocolate than my body weight it's going to be hard to resist but I'm going to give it a whirl..wish me luck :) Night y'all! Oh if you see me with chocolate please feel free to bitch slap the sucker out of my hand :)
