Melvinius, one of the Ministers of Whimz in the Academy of Whimz, also known as the Mirabilis. Mirastella is the headmistress!

Merlin was actually Mirastella's apprentice a long long time ago. She's the one who inspired him to create his familiar, Noctua. Mirastella has her won owl familiar called Solomon, and Merlin loved him so much he wanted to create one of his own. She told him she'd teach him when he'd finish his apprentice-ship, but Merlin being Merlin, he figured out how to do it on his own. Maristella scolded him for his impatience, but couldn't help but to be impressed by his talent.

Flying over to the Solar Court, I made Uni, the twin sister of Helios. She's one of the main characters in the story! She was born with a unicorn horn ✨
