Rin averted his attention away from the camera in his fingers and glanced up at the stranger behind him. "Hiya!" He chirped, rising to his feet and placing one hand on his hip. "Are you new to Toshima?" He inquired, cocking his head to the side slightly as his thick, blonde locks fell over his dazzling blue orbs. "I can give you a tour, if you'd like! We might have to be careful though, it's getting really dark outside!"

"Hiya!" The blonde chimed, his blue eyes focused on the stranger's bizarre mask. It resembled a target of some sort and helped to conceal his acquaintance's identity. Rin wasn't feeling too certain about forming a friendship with the other; this man's apparel was awfully suspicious. 

"Hiya!" The blonde chirped in his usually-friendly tone. The steady rise of women arriving in Toshima was a bit overwhelming; he was scared they'd all become easy targets for blood-thirsty killers lurking about in the shadows for Line and tags. Still, he himself was quite feminine, yet he never seemed to run into trouble. Perhaps that was because he liked to stick around his friends for protection? One could never be certain. 

"Murderer?" Rin questioned, a bit concerned for his safety by this point. He didn't like the way the word rolled off his tongue; it made his blood rise with uncertainty. 

Rin glanced up at the female, eyes glowing with curiosity. He'd hardly seen any women around Toshima, especially when the area was so dangerous and over-populated with vicious fighters like himself. Still, being the image of youth and friendliness, he made his way over to her, smirk present on his lips. "Hiya!" The blonde chimed happily, making a waving motion with his hand.

"Hiya!" The blonde chirped, his icy blue orbs widening at the sight of the other. His face alone seemed to light up, as he didn't have many companions in Toshima, due to his "traitor" reputation. It was still uncertain whether the two would make friends or not, but even so, there was a possibility. "Who're you?"
