So I got judged for buying energy drinks at my local shop this week

Mr shoogyfree suggested pork loin chops for dinner tonight, I said that i'm on a diet so i'm gonna have to have soup tonight, he then started talking about this LoVeLy ChOcOlAtE cAkE he had today (with caramel bla bla bla)

So now he is driving to the shop in the next town for pork chops & he asked if I wanted anything from the shop (like chocolate, sweets?) I said no thanks. He asked "are you sure?"

What part of "I'm on a diet, i'm having soup" makes him talk about the best cake he's EvEr HaD & to suggest pork chops? Chicken? Chocolate?! Sweets?!
I told him sorry but he has never been fat so he just doesn't understand (& that's a good thing for him)
So i'm having a scotch broth soup with chilli flakes added to it, got some strawberries from work, might have another soup later if I absolutely have to

I stayed up all night on speedily deedily do, it felt so good having time to myself, I listened to some podcasts, watched some youtube, done my stretches & been working on my arms, played some games online & organised through my Ebay listings & lowered the prices
No weigh in today as I haven't slept (& on my shark week)
My husband is a light sleeper so it was a quietly productive night for me, he is away visiting his mum & he has brought our doggo along with him to give me a bit of a breather and some me time ♡
My mum and stepdad were gonna come along to visit this morning and I cancelled the catch-up. I've never cancelled plans for them coming over to visit before. I just accept it & they come over and then they talk at me, (not WITH me) ask a question & not really listen, not give me any time to answer and then talk over me (and eachother) and it's just draining. This is my last day off and I want to have a bit of time for just me (a rarity btw) so today, i'm gonna be selfish and take this time for me for a change
I would love to catch up with my mum and I love her to pieces but it's too tiring with them both talking loud over us all & they drain my energy levels (chronic fatigue)
My stepdad's comment the last time they visited was just bang out of order, part of me cancelled the plans as well because of his "well if it doesn't fit you, it's not gonna fit HER" comment to my mum, ABOUT ME 😒
They are the ones that fed me 95% unhealthy foods through my whole upbringing, they made me fat from the get go, I was a fat kid, even bigger teen & I just find it fucking rude, getting awful comments on my body & weight from family that put me in that fucking situation to begin with - I don't think the comments will ever end, no matter what weight I am
Anyway, got some time to myself but thought I would write a post, sorry if this is long winded
I feel a bit rebellious in a way, gonna put some music on & enjoy this TiMe To MySeLf 🥳🫠 woooo
I'm 5 mins early for work and there's already customers outside waiting and trying to come in when i've literally just came in and the lights aren't even on yet
I said we open at 9:30 & said I had office work to do
I need to get ready for work but i'm sitting here like a zombie, low energy, I need to go for a shower, get ready for work & then cycling to work in this heatwave 🤡
I have very little motivation to even move right now let alone do all of this, come on energy drinks, do your thing!
