content warning database

intro. this blog is dedicated to making lists of content warning for manga that i read. note that while blog is called shojo manga it is not limited to shojo only its just the name of the blog. accuracy of the list is to best of my abilities and you are always free to ask me to add or remove the warning on the series if it’s inaccurate. manga named in the blog are the ones the i personally read. feel free to submit the series you want me to make a list for. if the series doesn’t have warnings i will most likely make a post about it too.

post structure. post will be naming the series, series status if it’s ongoing or finished, chapter count (is series is ongoing chapter count will be up to the chapter I read. it will let you know that this is where i am with the series), the last time i updated the post, image of the series, cw list split into tiers will be in the read more part for safety reasons and if applicable the descriptions of the chapters where the upsetting content happens

content warning tier list. tier list will be split into graphic moderate and minor tiers. doing this will let you know how severe the warning is. reason why i chose to make tier list is that i can easier differentiate between series that have on screen and/or main part of the plot and the ones that have mention of it in passing and/or do not have to do with the plot of the series whatsoever.

graphic is for the content that happens on page and/or the main theme of the series

moderate is for the content that resurfaces in the series (meaning it’s not every chapter however it’s a recurring theme) or it’s mentioned in a graphic way (like the flashback with the event etc)

minor is for the content that happens once and/or the mention of it in non graphic ways

cw: violence, beheading, abuse, SA, “age gap” (gr00ming; p3d0philia)

chapters: SA is being implied at the chapter 17 and at the start of chapter 18 it’s four pages; “age gap” mentioned & in chapter 19 on page

chapters: end of chapter 11 - start of chapter 12

the description of the scene: main character is being tied up and man rips off the top of her dress. around this time another character shows up and stops it.
