“Yeah, well I hope you plan on cleaning up this mess. I’m certainly not getting involved.”

“I go missing for about a month or more, finally recover from my injuries after being rescued, and I come back to chaos. Typical.”

"Probably. Maybe I should ask Ice Man his secret."

"I slipped on ice in front of my whole robot army."

A thread of light made it through the blinds that had remained sealed for days. The DLN winced, rolling over to face the wall. The room was dark, and Elec had not moved from bed since... Since the passing of Dr. Light, a few days ago. The others had delivered E-Tanks to him, but they remained outside his door, untouched.

There had once been a time where he could smile, where he could laugh. The DLN chuckled softly as Rock and Roll pointed out the constellations. Gently, he wrapped his arms around them. They were laying in the grass, staring up at the sky, stargazing. It was a peaceful time. At time's like this, one could dare to dream...
